We provide complete marketing services, the same as the other major brokerages. However, we charge all our clients the same flat fee, rather than the traditional 3% commission. We give all our clients the same complete, expert service—so we think we should charge them all the same reasonable fee.

Selling a home is hard on the seller. We can reduce some of the stress. Most homes need some preparation before being placed on the market. If you don’t want to handle any of these chores, you can delegate them to us. We will do more than merely recommend a contractor—we will have our experienced, skilled contractors handle the job at discount prices, and we will supervise and stand by the work. Of course, it is not necessary for you to have us handle any of this, but we will be happy to take it off your hands.
