For a flat fee, we provide complete marketing and sales services. The other “full service” brokerages provide similar services, but charge a 3% commission. We insist upon a very personalized, detailed approach. Here is our step-by-step process:

  2. Detailed home valuation analysis
  3. Professional listing in Multiple Listing Service and other home-selling websites
  4. Professional photos, yard sign & lockbox
  5. Schedule and conduct showings
  6. Provide feedback after every showing
  7. Weekly progress report email
  8. Negotiate the contract
  9. Attorney review of contract
  10. Buyer’s inspection
  11. Negotiate the inspection results
  12. Ensure that the inspection repairs, if any, are done properly (most realtors won’t do this, but it’s essential to prevent nasty problems before closing)
  13. Stay on top of the buyer’s financing
  14. Stay on top of the title company’s progress
  15. Check the closing settlement statement for accuracy
  16. Attend closing with client
